Breakfast after a quick 30 minute interval workout on the elliptical.

Three eggs scrambled with ghee, frozen spinach and sun dried tomatoes (from TJs, come in a bag, so good) with some roasted acorn squash drizzled with coconut milk and cinnamon AND raspberries with more coconut milk and toasted almonds! Guess I’m a little carb heavy this AM, oh well 🙂
