Day 25, can’t quite believe it! I am so proud I have made it this far in the Whole30 so easily 🙂
Breakfast was a pork, kale, spinach, egg bake I made a couple days ago with Franks red hot, half an avocado and one of my new favorites, sweet potato hashbrowns with a few dabs of coconut butter. So satisfying!
My boss is in town and will want to go out to eat for lunch so hopefully I can find somewhere compliant!
