Made it to Day 21 with no problem!!! I’m excited if you can’t tell. Oh and just a little extra excitement, I’ve already lost a full INCH on both arms, more than one on my waist and one in each thigh! Wowza
Breakfast is sautéed kale and pulled pork from my crockpot yesterday with two eggs and a side of roasted acorn squash swirled with pumpkin pie spice and coconut butter. Yum to the yum. And some black coffee to wash it down 🙂
