My Personal "Paleo" - Eating the least processed, least inflammatory, most nutrient dense food available! Real food doesn't HAVE ingredients, real foods ARE the ingredients. Reminder: Paleo is NOT all or nothing. Flexibility is key to success and happiness :)
All of this is scary but #7 is just insane. Since starting the Whole30 I have been checking EVERY label on food at the grocery store and it is amazing how many things you would never think contain sugar actually do! Canned tuna, every single type of bacon on the shelf, TABLE SALT, low fat meals (like Lean Cuisine), etc.
