Great job on your success, you look great! I was wondering is there a difference between a paleo cleanse and paleo diet? I keep seeing both and I’m not sure which one I should do. I have been stuck at the same weight now for awhile and really want to get to a healthy weight and feel great.
Kristin, Thank you so much! I would assume that the cleanse is just a short time of eating paleo to sort of “reset” your digestion and the paleo diet is the guideline of how to eat in general. What I would recommend to get started is to remove grains and any processed food from your diet, then after a week or so remove dairy and legumes. You can always jump right in (like I did) but it may be easier to slowly transition!
