I just came across your blog and love it! I’m so impressed you’ve done a Whole45!!! I just started my first Whole30, and after 7 days it is finally getting easier. Since you are a “Whole” natural, I think it could be super helpful to denote on your recipe index the recipes that are Whole30 friendly. I’ve clicked around and read through ingredients, but it would save getting my hopes up for some that I can’t have for another 23 days! Keep up the cooking and being amazing!

Nicole, Thanks for the sweet comments 🙂 Congrats on making it through the first week, it is tough but you can totally do it! That is a great idea, I will definitely go through and make denotations on which are Whole30. Most are tagged with Whole30 if they are approved but if I can make it easier I will do that! Keep it up and let me know how it goes once you’ve finished!

Just came across your website and loving what i’m reading and seeing. Our son attends a gym who totally believes in the Paleo way and i’ve been struggling with what to cook and how so i think your site is going to make a huge difference for all of us. I also was dxd at age 42 with Parkinson’s and i’m now 49 and research is showing that a good healthy diet/exercise will help us in living better lives longer. So i am looking forward to following you and trying out your recipes. We are in Toronto Canada and like you i cannot wait for the winter to be over…<3

Maureen, I am so glad to have you and I really hope I can help make the transition easier for you with some of my recipes! It’s starting to warm up here (40 degrees today!) so hopefully you are getting some of that too 🙂

You might pull in some more people if you have the nutrition facts on your recipes. I always like when websites do that, it makes my job a little easier. Looks like some good recipes! =]

Kelby, I personally don’t ever count calories or take into account any nutrition facts since I just eat a variety of whole, unprocessed foods and it’s what I recommend for nearly everyone else too! I hope that doesn’t deter you from returning or trying any of them! 🙂
