You need a treat every now and then? Yeah, me too.  

Since cinnamon rolls, brownies, cupcakes, and cookies are all (mostly) out these days, being paleoriffic and all, I thought a little bowl of “ice cream” would be perfect! Plus my throat hurt and the coolness was just what I needed.  The absolute best part was that my throat didn’t get all coated from it like dairy ice cream would have done 🙂

To enjoy your own little bowl of delight take:

-one frozen banana

– 1/4 cup coconut milk (from the fridge is best, thicker consistency ya’ll)

– one heaping, or what I like to call ‘lazy’ tablespoon cocoa powder

and throw them in a food processor/blender/magic bullet/bowl to mix by hand

After that you can put whatever your heart desires in there.  Some suggestions: sliced almonds, shredded coconut, mini chocolate chips, craisins, walnuts, fruit chunks, etc

If you need a little pick me up this is the perfect sized treat and tastes/feels so decadent!  Enjoy, friends 🙂
